Ragdolls are affectionate cats that are not overly demanding of their owners attention. As kittens, they are very playful, but become “floppy cats” as they age, hence their name. They like to lounge and will often flop when their owner picks them up. Ragdolls typically get along well with other cats and cat-friendly dogs and are a breed that do well with a companion. They are trusting, personable cats that do well with most families.  They have semi-long, super plush hair that is not difficult to groom. Ragdolls are generally quiet, making them an ideal pet.
